How to enter a coupon code
⚠️ Discount codes are only valid for payments made on the website, www.imparato.io. It is not possible to enter a discount code in the mobile app.
The simplest method
- Log in, then go to the Premium ✨ page.
- At the bottom of the page, under the offers, look for Do you have a discount code?
- Enter your code in the field, then click Apply.
- The prices are immediately updated to reflect the discount.

Via a line run
You can also see the prices by starting a line run:
- Log in to the Imparato website.
- Start a line run on the text you want to get a Solo plan for, or on any private text if you want to subscribe to an Unlimited plan.
- The pricing screen will appear. Enter your code in the Do you have a discount code? section at the bottom, then click Apply.
⚠️ This screen only appears if you don't already have access to the text. It won't appear if:
- you're still in the trial period;
- you have an active Unlimited plan;
- you already have a Solo plan for this text;
- a Group Solo purchased by your company has given you access to this text;
- the text is shared within a company where the owner has an active Company plan.
In all these cases, use the Premium ✨ page described above.
What about a Group Solo?
Discount codes also apply to the purchase of Group Solos.
The code is entered in the same place: on the pricing screen, in the Do you have a discount code? section at the bottom. Enter it and click Apply before clicking Choose the actors: the discount will then be applied to the total amount of your order.

Once your purchase is made on the site, your plan is active everywhere, including in the app: there’s nothing more you need to do.
