Buy Solo plans in bulk for your whole company
Are there several of you rehearsing the same text? Grouped Solo allows you to provide Solo access to every actor in your company, in a single order and at a reduced rate.

Before starting
Two conditions:
- the text must be uploaded and shared within a company (it's in this company that you'll pick the actors);
- you need at least 2 Solo access keys. Below that, it is a standard individual Solo.
If you haven't done it yet: create a company, then share your text there.
👉 Your actors don't need to have an Imparato account yet: you can invite them by email at the time of the order.
How to buy Grouped Solos
- Log in, then head to the Premium ✨ page.
- In the Solo column, find the Grouped Solo box at the bottom, then click Choose a text.
- The Which text? window displays your texts, grouped by company. Click Choose next to the relevant text.
- Back on the pricing screen, the offer is now displayed for this specific text. Click Choose actors.
- Check the actors you want to give access to. The total amount updates live on the right.
- If needed, add actors who are not yet part of the company in the Invite by email section.
- Click Confirm and pay: you’ll be redirected to the secure payment page of our partner, Stripe.
💡 If you interrupt the payment, nothing is lost: you can place the order again at any time from this same text.
A shortcut, under certain conditions
There is a second path: when an actor without a paid plan starts a line run on a private text, Imparato displays the pricing screen for that text. The Rehearsing as a group? box directly offers the Choose actors button.
⚠️ But this screen only appears if you have no current access to this text. It won't show up if:
- you have an active Unlimited plan;
- you already have a Solo on this text;
- you are still in a trial period.
This is often the case for company managers who are already equipped. In that case, use the Premium ✨ page described above: it works in all cases, regardless of your plan.
After payment
- Actors already members of the company can start rehearsing immediately.
- Actors invited by email receive their invitation to join the company. Their Solo access is reserved for them and activates as soon as they finish creating their account.
- You receive a single invoice by email, VAT included, for the entire order.
Who can receive a Grouped Solo?
All actors in the company, with two nuances:
- an actor who already owns a Solo for this text will not appear as selectable: no need to pay twice;
- an actor who has an active Unlimited plan remains selectable. Their Solo will take over and allow them to continue rehearsing this text once their Unlimited plan ends. The list indicates this with the note Premium Subscriber — Solo access will remain valid afterwards.
What is the price of a Grouped Solo?
The calculation is simple:
number of actors × €5.99
That’s −25% compared to the price of an individual Solo (€7.99). The discount applies from 2 Solo access keys on the same text.
Bulk buying also offers a practical advantage: a single payment and a single invoice for the whole company.
Grouped Solo or Company plan?
The Grouped Solo is designed for a specific text and a specific cast.
The Company plan will be more suitable if:
- you plan to work on several texts over the same period;
- the composition of your company or your cast might change;
- your text is still going to evolve a lot, with several successive new versions.
Indeed, a Solo is linked to a specific text and a specific actor. Once assigned, it cannot be transferred to another actor. This is the main constraint of the Solo, but it’s also what guarantees its affordable price and its success.
Can the text be modified after purchase?
Yes. Once the Solos are assigned, the text can be corrected and modified freely for 6 months. You can therefore prepare your Solos well in advance and adjust the text later if necessary.
⚠️ Note: this refers to modifying the original text in Imparato. If you import a complete new version as a new text, it will be considered a different text, and the Solos will not apply to it. To update a text without losing the Solos, use copy-paste within the existing text: Update a PDF script without losing Solos.
What if my cast grows?
You can place a Grouped Solo order at any time for the same text to cover new actors. The discount applies in the same way, starting from 2 access keys.

The principle: you choose a shared text in your company, you select the actors involved, and you pay in one go. Each actor then gets their own Solo access, with no time limit, for that text.
The method that works in every case
Go to the website at imparato.io/premium/plans with your usual Imparato login details. This page is accessible regardless of your plan.

From the app, starting with version 4.4
If you have no current access to the text, the pricing screen appears when you start a line run. The Rehearsing with others? box then gives you the Choose actors button.
This option requires version 4.4 or higher of the app: remember to update Imparato.
⚠️ This screen only appears if you have no current access to this text. It won't appear if:
- you have an active Unlimited plan;
- you already have Solo access for this text;
- you are still in your trial period.
This is the case for most company managers, who already have access. In that case, use the website as indicated above.
Payment is made via email
From the app, the order and payment are separate: once you've selected your actors and confirmed the order, you'll receive an email containing your payment link. This link takes you to the secure payment page of our partner Stripe.
Solo access is granted to your actors as soon as payment is made.
💡 This payment link has a limited validity period, which is stated in the email. After this period, simply place a new order from the text.
What's next?
Once payment is made, your actors rehearse as normal from the mobile app, without needing to do anything else.
